this hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service. it made getting into the city easy! the staff showed really good friendliness and were helpful. the rooftop gave us a amazing view. we saw the desert and the atlas mountains from there.
I found the limited menu a small drawback. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

the food was genuinely nice. i especially liked the moroccan tea. the breakfast included a selection of breads, cakes, good orange juice, and moroccan mint tea. options for eggs were also available.

the hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area. the drive to the city took about 25 to 30 minutes by car. transportation into marrakesh was provided every day, and private taxis could be ordered too.

the hotel provided a very clean pool. there was also a sister company offering buggy and quad rides, which we enjoyed. the rooms were spacious, authentic, and cleaned daily, including handrails, doors, and windows.

i found the staff to be very attentive and helpful. they provided a free shuttle to and from the city. the rooms are spacious and authentic. i found the atlas mountain view from the rooftop quite fine.
the wifi network did not always reach my room.

Relaxing Retreat with Attentive Staff

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Hicham greeted us at reception, he showed us around the beautiful hotel. Medhi sat and chatted with us and shared much about the local area. Each staff member ensured our stay was lovely. I loved the quiet location away from the hustle of Marrakesh, it was easy to get a taxi from reception for about 30 dirham.

The restaurant offers a very nice Moroccan tea service. Breakfast had fresh juice. The menu is good quality, with a limited selection of traditional dishes, mostly the same menu at the bar and restaurant daily.
